Temporary to Full Time Placements

Using our extensive existing data base and other recruitment methods we will find suitable candidates for your job opportunity. We then recruit, short list, interview and reference check before sending forward the most suitable candidates for your placement.

When the right candidate is found for the employer a temporary contract is implemented and the employee remains the responsibility of SureStaff Recruitment. If after, a pre determined period the placement is suitable to both employee and employer the employer can take the candidate on free of charge.

All this makes a very effective recruitment process, both the employer and employee is able to spend time in assessing the situation to ensure they are suited to the roles, responsibilities and the working environment they are to placed in to.
