Our offices open before 9am for those unexpected emergencies such as accident or sickness, and we can generally arrange cover for you within one hour. Tell us what you need and we will search high and low for the best of the best candidates for your vacancy. We will arrange to meet the shortlisted candidates to gain a better understanding of their suitability and take references before contacting you to arrange to meet them. If you are happy we will then invite them back to complete the remaining paperwork, gainfully employing them. Upon completion we are deemed the employer and are therefore responsible for paying their wages, holiday pay and sickness.

Send us a job specification and we will start the recruitment process using our extensive database to find the best of the best candidates for your vacancy. We then arrange to meet each candidate individually to enable us to shortlist and reference them before sending resumes over to you for interviewing. When the right candidate has accepted and started, a small charge will be invoiced for the time spent sourcing the person. This is often cheaper than using local radio, internet or local papers and reduces the strain on your own HR department, from what could be potentially hundreds of applicants for one vacancy.
We offer a temporary to permanent recruitment service, allowing you flexibility and time. For these placements, you take a person on a temporary basis for a period of 12 weeks and if you are happy with them and they are happy with you, then on the 13th week you take them on your books as a permanent employee free of charge. We must be notified at start of the assignment if this is your intention.
